Our Crash Replacement Policy for Selle Italia saddles offers a 35% discount on replacements, ensuring our riders get back on the road with confidence, comfort, and minimal downtime. This initiative reflects our dedication to rider safety, customer care, and long-term partnership with the cycling community.
INTRODUCING an Exclusive, Crash Replacement Policy for Selle Italia Owners in Singapore!
Our Crash Replacement Policy will offer the original owner a brand-new Selle Italia Saddle at a 35% discount from its retail price. If the same model can no longer be supplied, a saddle from the direct successor model will be offered as your replacement.
Your Authorized Selle Italia Dealer in Singapore will work with you on furnishing you with your proof of purchase needed for the eligibility of this policy.
The TERMS
All Labour costs are not covered under the policy and will be charged where necessary to install your replacement saddle.
Our “Crash Replacement Policy for Selle Italia Owners in Singapore!” only applies to the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase issued by your Authorized Selle Italia Dealer in Singapore.
This policy is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase of the original Selle Italia saddle and is non-transferable.
For this policy to be activated, you will have to bring your damaged saddle and your valid proof of purchase to Hup Leong Company.
A service representative from Hup Leong Company will check the circumstances and offer the replacement saddle in the event of a positive decision.
The damaged saddle will be retained by Hup Leong Company and will be disposed of adequately upon successful completion of the replacement.
Hup Leong Company will reserve the right to reject any cases without any reason or explanation.

Selle Italia Warranty Policy:
Dear Customer, thank you for purchasing a Selle Italia product. Selle Italia guarantees its products against material and/or manufacturing defects for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase, with the exception of consumable parts or parts subject to deterioration: the tax receipt issued by the authorised dealer constitutes proof of purchase. The defective product can be repaired or replaced by Selle Italia within this period if the defect is not due to negligence, improper use or incorrect installation. Selle Italia hereby declares that the product introduced on the market has been checked and tested and is free from aesthetic imperfections marring the surface, finishes and/or overall appearance that were evident or at least identifiable at the time of purchase, or that were caused by damages during shipment or transport. The presence of any minor imperfections must be considered normal, as the product is made with artisan techniques. Failure to observe the indications specified in this manual shall void the warranty: in such case, Selle Italia shall not be held liable for any damages to objects or harm to people that may occur. The warranty is offered solely to the original purchaser and cannot be extended to third parties. This warranty does not affect any other rights protected by national (Italian) laws regarding consumer goods, which the customer is always entitled to assert.
