Do you sell any cycling apparel?
We do not carry any anything else other than helmets apparel wise.
Do you provide bike fitting services?
We provide only a basic bike fit which involves the measuring of your inseam to determine saddle height and frame size.
Do you guys provide transportation services for bikes?
Yes we do. Bicycle pick-up and delivery would be priced at $35/trip.
Do you guys do bicycle rental?
We do not have such a service.
Do I have to make/book an appointment for the Bike Spa?
No appointments are needed for the Bike Spa. Queue order will be on a first come first serve basis, if not, strictly determined by the management of Hup Leong Co.

Returns Policy
Would I be able to get a refund?
We do not offer refunds however you may have your purchase exchanged for another item of equal value or higher.
Items can only be exchanged for replacements of the equal value, determined by our pricing at the time of exchange. If exchanging for a different colour or size retailing at a higher price, the difference will need to be paid before the exchange can be fulfilled.
Please note there are items which are deemed Non-Exchangeable. Kindly check with our staff should you have any doubts about your purchase’s eligibility.
How long would I have before I am not allowed to have my purchases exchanged?
We do not accept exchanges for purchases that have been made longer than 7 days.
One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchange product will not be eligible for further exchange unless faulty.
Is there any costs involved?
Postage or Shipping costs back to us for exchanges would have to paid by you.
Kindly note that Hup Leong Company will not bear any responsibility for items that have gone missing or have been damaged in transit or mishandled during shipping.
Should you require us to have your item picked up, standard transportation charges will apply at $35/trip. Reach out to us at sales_sq@hupleong.com for transportation arrangements.
In what condition does my purchase have to be in for the exchange?
Goods must be returned with all original parts, packaging intact and tags attached. Goods returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Product must be deemed faulty or defective by our Technical team within seven (7) working days of delivery in order to receive a replacement item. This may include inspection of the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have the right to reject the exchange.
Goods returned as unused or unworn that have clearly been used, worn or washed will be refused.
